She is lovely lady with professional and friendly customers services, very experienced. Absolutely 5 stars! She was always very helpful and patient answering to all my questions. GoogleI found Martin & Co (in Welwyn), and Ivan Ziff in particular a very well run and professional outfit. I arranged a viewing with Ivan, and he was on time and very honest when showing me round - there was none of the usual Estate agent bluster, which I'm sad to say is quite rare now. Subsequent to the viewing, Ivan and the team were very efficient and proactive in dealing with my offer and liaising with the owners. I always felt full informed at every point. I didn't buy the property in the end, but wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
