Big thanks to Ivan and Indi who made this renting process, smooth and easy. From the first viewing to signing the contract everything was explained and laid out clearly. I work in the hospitality industry so customer service is always at the forefront of my mind. There is nothing I would change or any learnings to be learnt. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, every single one I came into contact with was friendly and professional.

I am also currently renting a flat through Martin & Co in WGC. Their service is very efficient, very supportive and professional. A special thank you to Stephen, the director of the branch in WGC, who managed my important extra request brilliantly and also to Diane who was very helpful, too. She namely ensured that a serious water leak in the bathroom (a damage which seemingly was not reported by the former tenants!) was fixed as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Martin & Co in WGC.

They agreed they have damaged our property against the contract. But never apologise to us & charging us for damaging our own peperty. On top of that they refused to compensate for the damage. They will might look sweet & professional in the beginning when they will ask you write a review about them. But, as soon as their work is done with you they will show their true colours. I strongly recommend to avoid them if you can.

Dear Bhagyashri Very disappointed to have received only 1 star but not surprised. I deliberately decided to wait until the outcome from the DPS adjudicator before replying. Now I have their report, as do you and Martin & Co won in full, their claim to charge you to remove your sofa - the sofa you left behind in the property when you moved on. We had another tenancy commencing so Martin & Co were left with no choice but to remove and dispose of the sofa. The adjudicator agreed with us. Do we feel vindicated? of course, but it's hard to see writing a certain "spin" put on things when we went out of our way to try and facilitate you. Your sincerely Stephen Director

We were first time buyers and didn`t know what pitfalls and problems we were going to face throughout the process. As it turned out the service provided by Martin & co and especially Ivan was first class. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he really helped us. From initial enquiry to recently moving in the service from both Ivan and Katie was excellent. Given the ongoing pandemic, Ivan was very helpful arranging a viewing at very short notice which was greatly appreciated. Katie was excellent during the referencing and processing period right up until move in day. I would highly recommend using them to any future tenant who is in need of a letting agent.

I called their office on Monday morning, with the intention of viewing a property they are listing. My details were taken and I was promised a call back. Nothing! So I called again, to be told they were trying to contact the seller. They then emailed me to say the same thing. Now three days later, still nothing. No contact from them, on both Tuesday and Wednesday. I understand the market is slow, but how are they surviving with this total lack of service. Very poor! NINE DAYS LATER AND STILL NOTHING. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE!

I couldn’t recommend Martin & Co enough. A big thank you to Katie in particular who has been fantastic throughout in facilitating our move south and has been on hand to answer any questions posed to her no matter how trivial. This has gone a long way in making what can be a stressful experience for many relatively stress-free. If you’re looking to rent a property in the area, Martin & Co should be your first call.
