GoogleWorst experience I have ever had in order to get a house to rent in the UK. They made me pay for my holding deposit for them to later on not offer me a place to stay. They ask for too much information during references and just want you to give them access to your online banking, something that doesn't make sense at all. I would have mentioned the names of the people that dealt with me but I just don't want to ruin peoples career. The £207 that you took from me, God will for sure make you pay for it in Jesus' Name!.

GoogleHazel was an absolute pleasure to deal with! I like to now all the details when I am dealing with agents managing my property - Hazel always explained clearly and with a very warm and understanding tone. The whole process was very quick, Hazel kept to her word, she said she could let the property within a matter of days for an agreed price and that's exactly what she did. I've now got lovely tenants, I couldn't rate my experience higher. Thank you!

GoogleCame on 10th of month to do appraisal, photos done etc 16th, then it was downhill. 22nd and I was still chasing the photos etc...so many excuses for this. I wanted to get my property onto market, ASAP.....but these agents didn't seem to have any rush too. If this was the apathy before marketing, to actually go live, was not encouraging...it seemed I paid the fee, and was expected to do all the all of their job.!!.... Not at all Proffesional, so I will go elsewhere.
