I recently completed the purchase of my first house with Connells, While I am an end of chain buyer, I was a bit of an edge case going from being a complete unknown to a mortgage introduction call early Saturday with Ellie to making a formal offer that evening and Ellie having all the mortgage paperwork and a decision in principle ready within 2 days of our initial meeting. Conells made the entire process incredibly streamlined, when the Mortgage valuations came back not being as I had hoped Conells agents handled all the communications and Gary the branch Manager saved the deal by negotiating with the seller and went up and down the chain freeing up funds to keep the chain together. Connells also recommended a well versed properly Lawyer to act as my solicitor, Lisa Cooke from premier Property lawyers and was incredible and handled every aspect experty. The entire process was quick clean, efficient and effectively on auto pilot, the team are obvious veterans of the system, a distant cry from the stories from my family and colleagues experiences with other agents/brokers/solicitors. I highly recommend them and their Mortgage services as a first time buyer and seriously consider their solicitor recommendations. Thank you to the whole team for making this process painless. I look forward to picking up the keys on Friday.

From my very first property viewing, through to the second visit and finally key collection day, Doug was incredibly efficient and professional, and most importantly always had my best interests at heart.
