GoogleBelvoir in Welwyn have been looking after our property for 7 years and as a landlord they have made the renting experience stress free. Lisa Green and her team have all been highly professional & friendly through the highs & lows of renting There management team led by Megan again have handled all maintenance problems expertly. Lastly than you Ben Coss for your smooth & trouble free sale of the property. I cannot recommend Belvoir enough as they are the most professional & friendly agents I have ever dealt with.

GoogleDealing with Davinder was a pleasure. Everything fell into place, from him doing a viewing at very short notice, blitzing the room and organising paperwork. We were looking for a student property for my cousin, thinking this would take several days however with Davinder help we achieved this in the space of a few hours. We have had plenty of dealings with estate agents in the past who demonstrate how not to do things, this experience with Belvoir was a wholey positive one and how it should be done.

GoogleI recently sold my flat with Belvoir, after having it listed with other agents who sent me countless people to visit the property with no intention of buying it. They sent me one buyer who bought it! They are professionals and deal with all matters efficiently and promptly. They also have a great sense of humour which helps with the stress of house selling. GoogleWe began the journey with Chris of the Welwyn Garden branch with a little scepticism. But as the transaction progressed, with different obstacles, objections and difficult negotiations, he was very professional and calmly answered queries, handling every situations to the satisfaction of all parties concerned. At times things felt as if they could collapse momentarily, but each time he steered the ship in the right direction and fianally we arrived safely. Exchange was made possible, completion agreed. GoogleAmazing Service from Julie. I was looking for a property for my younger brother when I met Julie. She was very professional and also very friendly during the house viewing. She explained all the tenancy requirements clearly and politely. Julie contacted me regularly to ensure I had no difficulty filling out all the paperwork. Julie is a very lovely Lady, my mummy was very pleased with the property and how nice Julie was to us. And we are in the last stage of finalising my brother's move.

GoogleBelvoir Welwyn have managed my property for over 10 years and throughout the time I’ve found them to be helpful. More recently Chelsea Garrett has been my Lettings manager and our communications are mainly via emails. Chelsea’s replies are prompt, polite and friendly, nothing is a problem for her. Chelsea is very helpful and I would would imagine her to be a valued member of a great team.
