We were tenants in a Stags managed property. We were ignored, disrespected and disappointed for the duration of our tenancy.

An appalling experience with Stags as letting agents. Despite a deteriorating standard of accommodation due to a persistent damp problem, they and our landlord failed to resolve the problem...or do anything about the problem actually. They thought it acceptable to continue to charge top rent for a property that was anything but.
