We love to hear feedback at Henderson Connellan, but I must say that I am extremely disappointed that following our conversation, you have decided not to remove this review. Replying to negative google reviews is notoriously a "no win" situation for a business, but in this instance I feel compelled to reply due to the non-factual nature of your review, and on behalf of two members of my staff we were extremely hurt by your comments. On our telephone call, you were very receptive and understanding that the issue that you experienced was completely out of our hands. As discussed on that call, we were reliant upon a tenant allowing us access to the property. The appointment was arranged well in advance with the tenant. Unfortunately the tenant then wasn't at home to allow us access at the pre-booked time. We offered an alternate viewing time on the same day, after speaking with the Tenant, but unfortunately couldn't get this to work for you. I completely understand that your time was wasted, and for that I can only apologise on behalf of the tenant, as we did profusely at the time. Having watched and listened to our office CCTV prior to our call, we discussed, and you were accepting that apologies WERE made and that you were NOT told to leave. These lies sadly remain on our google page (I note along a couple of other reviews for businesses who have also experienced a similar working relationship with you). I sincerely hope that you find a suitable rental property, and if you do happen to have a change of heart and remove this inaccurate review, we would be extremely grateful. David Hulett - Director
