GoogleI was very pleased with the handling of my property sale by Eamonn Delany. I received good advice about the sales progressing service offered and was pleased that I took this option. The overall experience was very positive with the Agent, my solicitors and the sales progressing service working well together. I am pleased to recommend this Estate Agency.
Thankyou so much for your kind comments. Really appreciate your feedback I will let the team know. Kind regards Eamonn

GoogleThe whole Lettings team was very useful, polite and professional in getting my property out to rent and find a tenant. They fully explained the various letting options and the expected rental value range and their strategy to find tenants. They kept me fully informed during the process and to be honest it was a lot easier than expected. Well done to the whole team.

GoogleWould not recommend. I thought they were good until we actually needed a reference for another letting agency as we are moving out from the property after 3 years. We requested this on the 03/6 its now 9th and they still havend done it. We spoke with them numerous times over the phone but its like talking to a BRICK wall. It seems they just pass the buck around the office and it's nobody's task to do it. WOULD NOT go with them ever again !!! NOT PROFESSIONAL !!!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleAs a tenant looking for a property the service I've received has been impeccable. The agent who organised & conducted the viewing has been very helpful with answering all my questions. The property manager who helped collate all of my information during the referencing process made everything simple and easy. I'm very glad that they are also managing the property during my tenancy. Thank you very much. I can see why landlords use them!

GoogleAnthony James, were very proactive, professional, polite, bespoke and all other good qualities you can need and expect from an estate agents. Since beginning they did a very good job in taking photos, posting it as featured property and doing 6-7 viewings within two days. They did their best to put the property on rent. I highly recommend Anthony James as they do all it takes to let the property. RegardsPositiveProfessionalism

GoogleAwful experiances trying to rent with this company, went through all the process... Paper work, deposits etc... Got the keys and they had double rented it! And we didn't get our admin and reference fees back!
Hello Abby Im very sorry you have the wrong agent. This is Anthony James not Anthony Martin. We have no record of you. We would appreciate if you would remove the post of correct it.
