GoogleLast year I sold a rental property through Anthony James, which was handled by Rick and his associate Kim. Nothing but good things to say. Everything was handled professionally and promptly. I was so impressed that when I decided to sell my home it was the obvious choice to use them again. I’ve used at least 3 other agents in welling in the past and always had issues with them. Cant recommend Rick and the team highly enough. Best agents in the area 👍

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant agents from the Welling branch from the beginning and still continue to be. David Dyer is so personable and sought to identify my needs as a tenant, with relevant options. The team that I also interacted with were Tommy-Lee and Matthew- their communication as a team is impeccable. No matter who I spoke to, they were able to follow up efficiently. On managing to lock myself out of my flat on a Sunday afternoon, I was relieved and surprised at the quick response I received from Tommy-Lee! Within half an hour, he was ready to meet me and communicated again to check all was well. I have full confidence in using this agency moving forward as a future tenant or property purchase and highly recommend them.

GoogleVery bad experience and communication. We've seen a property, we made a generous offer for a rental, and the agent Stephanie just disappeared on us. As we are relocating we had offered 12months advance. After few days I had to call them back and chase them via email, to than been told 4 days later that the landlord had accepted our offer. In the main time another agency came along or another property and they really helped us to get a credit check done without having to pay the 12months advance. So we passed the check and when I told Anthony James agent our decision to for the other property she called me dishonest? What kind of professionalism is this.
The landlord lives abroad and in a completely different time zone which means communication is more difficult than we would hope and this was shared with you. Also your offer had a number of requests which needed to be agreed with the landlord and quotes needed to be obtained. Once your offer was agreed, we sent you the paperwork to move forward straight away. This was 2 days ago and you replied to inform us you would sign and pay that deposit in the evening as you was out celebrating your new home. In the last 2 days we have had no communication from yourself to inform us that you had found another property. So, I am surprised to receive a bad review regarding communication, as communication is a two way street. However, I am glad to hear you have found another property and wish you all the best.

GoogleWe have just manged to buy our first house through them in this pandemic and glad to say I made the right decision to have chosen Anthony James! Whole team that were involved have been a great help throughout the process and big shoutout to Eamonn and Helen who have been very supportive all along. Even though the agent are mainly working from the seller side, they also made sure that our side is running smoothly as well so that the process goes as smoothly as possible. The worst agent ever. Booked viewing appointment at a property in Ridgeway, Dartford last 2 weeks & on the viewing day they sent email ask me to call to confirm which normally agent has to do that. I called to confirm & say that little complain then the guy at office reply that's how they work & asked me rudely to cancel viewing or not. Of course we are forced to cancel with that RUDE attitude! Never go with this agent!

Had a mishap (not their error) and her calm and proactive aid throughout meant I didn’t get a chance to stress or worry before she had fixed it. If you want a friendly professional service this is the one!

GoogleExcellent service and support in the process of selling my property. Great care was taken and strenuous efforts made to ensure completion went through speedily. The video made of the property to promote sale was very well produced and professional. Property was only on the market for a few days before offer made and accepted. Promotional skills outstanding. Highly recommended agent.
