But after spoken to area manager Clare. she took action on wednesbury brunch staff’s and personally contacted me. Served me very nicely regarding other properties. What can I say, from Clare’s valuation , to Trish’s advice when needed at the Wednesbury office, to Joanne from progressions at the Great Bridge office ,whose tenacity to get the chain completed was sublime. I cannot fault them, credit where credit is due, a fantastic team of people. I am sincerely grateful for their honesty, advice and knowledge throughout this sometimes difficult process. We met Jodie at the property, and she truly is a lovely lady didn’t make us feel rushed when we viewed the property which we totally appreciated! Hollie and Clare at the Wednesbury office are such lovely people to deal with, and they were so quick and responsive to any queries and an initial glitch with our advert was rectified immediately (even after office hours!).
