Skitts managed the sale of 2 x properties for me, they were amazing from initial instruction through to completion. I was kept updated at all times and even when things didn’t go accordingly with purchasers/sellers further down the chain, the team did everything in their power to assist and get the matters progressed at pace. A special thank you to Trish who I have worked with on many occasions for sales, purchases and rentals and is always exceptional! A further thank you to Joe from Sales Progression and Clare who supported me at every step of the way through both purchases. Honestly skitts Wednesbury are amazing!! Tanya & Chloe are non stop with updates communication definitely the service we wanted and needed. I approached Skitts to sell my home after it had been on the market for a number of weeks with a different agent. I was under a little pressure as I’d already had an offer accepted for an onward purchase. I cannot recommend enough the support that I have had from the team. Chloe came to my address to do the initial valuation and appraisal. She was very honest, reassuring and put me at ease. Charlie undertook the viewings on my behalf and within a week Chloe had negotiated an offer at the asking price (despite receiving offers way under the asking price prior to being listed with Skitts). Since this date I have received first class support from Clare and Tanya. Clare has been on the end of the phone throughout providing help and support. Due to issues with my onward purchase I have broken chain to ensure my sale can progress and Tanya and Clare have gone above and beyond to offer me support. Prior to this experience, I really underestimated the impact that an Estate Agent can have when marketing your property. I have no hesitation to recommend the team. Thank you so much!!
