A big Thank you to the Wednesbury branch for helping me out find our first and dream home. Last year, we began searching for a house, we were looking for something unique but nothing fitted our criteria. We came across Skitt and the houses we liked were already sold. Trish, who was so helpful, contacted us back with a property. We went to view it and it was just perfect. We said Yes and made an offer and picked up the keys this week! Used Skitts at Wednesbury as I knew Jo worked there. I had dealt with Jo when I purchased a house through another agent she worked for and found her to be courteous and professional, so when I needed to sell I went with Skitts. I have found that Jo and Hollie have both been excellent dealing with offers and viewings etc. I appreciate you can get a lot cheaper deal with an online agent, which I have done in the past, but it doesn’t compare with the service given by these two ladies. Thanks both. Our sale completed today. We’ve had twists and turns along the way especially with Covid but Skitts have been excellent. Big thanks to Nik, Jo and especially Hollie who’s been a star. At first they were lovely definitely tanya very accommodating and helpful. Due to personal commitments and work I had to cancel a few viewings which I was not happy about as I am the one missing out on a lot of opportunities and I don't like letting people down. Since then every time I have called to enquire about a property I have had numerous staff throw it back in my face all the viewings I have cancelled even though I explained my situation. I offered for my partner to go and they were still reluctant, they have no compassion, understanding, empathy and I told them to take my detais off their system if all there all going to do is add more stress that I do not need!!!!
