GoogleHandled everything through to completion. Great service - not the easiest of sales to progress, but very focused on outcome and moving things forward. Couldn't ask for more!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS after a long sale and little input or help from Maxine (sales admin) this sale only survived from the forward thinking of the Skitts estate agents in Willenhall that was involved in the sale above. Skitts Wednesbury lost the sale below. Also they do not know how to put someone on hold correctly before they comment on all the customers in the chain, If they do there job in even withing a large time scale people in the chain would not need to call !!! If you unfortunately have a sale with them check your completion statement as they had also tried to request more monies. The overall process from start to finish was far more stressful than needed to be and staff and management need to be trained in customer service and how the sale of a property works as this seemed to be a problem.

GoogleProfessional from start to finish, make home buying a hassle free process. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of purchasing a new home.

Googlecomplete waste of time... had an offer accepted and lead me on to believe i was the one buying the property and even congratulated me over the phone .only then to be disappointed after in saying they received an offer.and asked me to increase my offer...seemed like a dodgey tactic to get more cash.. what a complete waste of time..had other properties which i turned down....wont be dealing with skitts ever again.

Googlewas on the market with another agent, switched because they promised me they could seel it for more. When I moved, they kept trying to make me take an offer £20,000 lower than my asking price. awful, full of empty promises.
