GoogleAfter discussing a valuation on a property they confirmed that they specialise with all properties in Cheshire. The valuation was booked approximately 3 weeks in advance. The week before I called their office to confirm the date and time.
On the morning of the appointment a pleasant lady called to cancel. The reason was that my property was "out of their remit". They confirmed again that they cover the whole of Cheshire however my property was 30 minutes from their office which was too far for them to attend viewings. Despite the fact I confirmed I would be overseeing the viewings they stated they insisted on doing them.
I had taken the day off work to be available for the valuation and being self employed in the midst of a pandemic is not ideal to have the day wasted by a company who had "spent a lot of time researching the property". If it was too far you should have declined the valuation at the first phone call. Appalling service.

I viewed a property with Morgan’s and the next day put an offer in at 9.30am I felt like they were quite uninterested and dismissive they said they couldn’t get hold of vendor an had 1 other offer asked them to keep me up to date with further offers an getting hold of vendor they agreed. Heard absolutely nothing all day so at 4pm I emailed asking for update and confirming my offer, again heard nothing so i just happened to check rightmove approx 6.30pm and the house is now down as sold of course it’s now after closing. I am now baffled and annoyed as to how this happens when I ve had no updates and haven’t been asked if I want to raise my offer. My parents visited the shop as I was working the next 4 days so couldn’t get in, the girl on reception very apologetic and says the sales team will contact me on Monday but no phone call and still no contact whatsoever. Highly disappointed myself and my family will never use this company and I advise you not too either!
