We were unsure about a lot of things to do with the process and we had plenty of questions as first time buyers, but Chris and the team always answered us quickly and transparently. He did all the viewings personally and ensured we got an asking price offer. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always available to speak to. Davina is an expert at the after sales process and without her hard work and determination I would probably have given up on our onward purchase as it was a frustrating situation and both Chris and Davina went above and beyond to get us moved on the date we needed to move by. Can’t thank them enough and to be gifted flowers and fizz on collection of the keys was a lovely touch. If we move again we wouldn’t use anyone else.

We were only purchasing through Morgan’s of Cheshire not selling directly as an agent. The first time that we had contact with the office in Weaverham was not ideal as it was me having to chase them. To be fair, we were in lockdown and it was difficult for everyone to adapt. From there onwards the staff at Morgan’s of Cheshire have been excellent, they have been so helpful arranging viewings for blinds, fireplace and flooring for suppliers and for ourselves to take measurements for rooms. They always followed up with emails to confirm appointments and never had to be reminded or prompted. The staff are reliable and friendly but what I found out when we went to collect the keys is the family type working environment they had. They cared, listened and each and every one of them were genuinely delighted for our new home. In particular I would like to thank Nikkie for all the calls that she kindly coordinated, Michael for his time and dairy changing to accommodate our viewings and Davina for her proactive chasing and encouragement with chasing the Halifax. Thank for the beautiful flowers and Prosecco too, they came as such a surprise and made both Marie and I very emotional.
