We just bought our first home through Morgans, and we could not recommend them enough! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. We had trouble with our solicitors and getting a completion date, having to chase up constantly. Davina from Morgan's helped us to get this resolved quickly to get us into our new home asap. Nothing was too much trouble for her, no matter how much we called she was always polite and as helpful as she could be. Then when we collected our keys we were greeted by the lovely staff with a bottle of Prosecco and even more welcome and warmth. Would recommend Morgan's of Cheshire 10/10! Thank you for all of your help!

I cannot rate these guys highly enough! I recently bought my first house - and everyone tells you to beware the estate agents because they are "working for the seller, not for you!" Well, I can't attest to the seller's side of things (although I'm sure it was great), but as a buyer these guys were amazing. They were friendly, warm and spoke honestly, without the "salesman" vibe that I had received off so many other estate agents during my house hunting process. Every single member of the team was professional, quick to respond, and pro-active. When my transaction neared completion but was stalling due to a very dodgy solicitor, the Morgan's team took the reins and made sure things went as smoothly as they could. I really can't thank Davina and Chris enough for working hard to get the sale though. I also spoke numerous times to Nikkie, Jack and Claire, who were all lovely and helpful at every step. I’d can highly recommend all the team at Morgan’s for a first class service, Throughtout the sale they have been a better source of update and progress than my solicitor! Their service goes over and above and the lovely touch of Prosecco and lovely flowers on completion made it even better . Local business need our support and I would not hesitate to recommend them, Even upon completion they have continued to offer their help as key holders for painters, carpet fitters etc and ,local recommendations for DIY work and even out me in touch with a local cleaner to save the hassle of sourcing during a stressful move, .I even was offered the loan of a van and extra pair of lifting hands which for midlife solo movers like myself has been a godsend . First class!

Would just like to say a huge thank-you to Chris and all of the team at Morgans. We are experienced property developers and have dealt with many agents over the years, both buying and selling and we can honestly say that Morgans stand head and shoulders above any other agents that we have dealt with! Right from the word go, Chris's enthusiastic approach to appraising and selling houses is a breath of fresh air in the industry and he is definitely the type of person you would want selling your house for you. Also the back office support is also right up there too. Davina was constantly chasing and pushing with both sides to get what turned out to be quite a difficult sale completed. Knowing that there is somebody doing this rather than just waiting on solicitors responses is a speaks volumes about the ethos of this company. Very rarely did we chase, it would be normal for them to be phoning us with updates. Additionally, we had a sale agreed within a few days of it going to market and at above the asking price. For anybody thinking that using a cheap agent/selling online saves you money, think again. First class - keep up the good work guys!
