GoogleSuperb Estate agents, Chris and the team catered for all our needs and sold our house within 24 hours! Couldn't ask for more, would highly recommend.

GoogleRecently sold our house in Whitley. Incredibly efficient service. Found a buyer within two days. However, when the purchaser withdrew (complete timewaster and very dishonest) these guys had another buyer within a couple of days to replace them. Then, when the solicitors started messing around (as they always seem to!) Morgans went to great lengths to chase them up to ensure the deal went through. Very reliable and very efficient. Very happy to recommend.

GoogleWhat can I say? Five-star service (I'd give 10 stars if I could). Chris has such attention to detail - every photograph was carefully planned and executed. And no messing around with viewings as Chris did them all at any day/time convenient to the potential buyer. He even phoned us in the pub afterwards to tell us we could now go home .... Thoroughly recommend Morgans of Cheshire and wouldn't use anybody else now.

GoogleFrom a house purchaser point of view I would definately recommend Morgans. A truely local agent with great local knowledge which was invaluable when we were looking to purchase in the area. The welcome bunch of flowers, bottle of bubbly and some discount vouchers for local businesses was a great touch too.

GoogleSale signs up but not on website
Agent replied · 7 June 2023
Hi Graeme, we work hard to sell houses and sometimes the sale signs go up before we have the chance to put up on the website - some even sell before we have time to put them up. We are always happy to have a chat about any homes we have on our books and help you find what you are looking for.
