I don’t even know where to begin. Our huge thanks go to Julie Bramble for her patience, understanding and just relentlessness even when we felt like giving up. She was just the light at the end of the tunnel and I will forever be grateful for her help and kindness throughout this process. GoogleI am so thankful to John and the team for finally securing my home managing a very difficult sale. John and Charlotte were so helpful and without their experience and help it would not have been at all possible. Fantastic service, and they are always there to answer questions and much need advice I cant recommend them enough and I would only use them in the future - I've told all my friends and family too. In this stressful time when moving house it was SO lovely to have John and his positive solutions and Charlotte and Veronica to reassure and assist.. 10/10

Having been a Tennant of a Cubitt & West property for many years I can say with confidence that they are a great letting agent but this has never been more apparent then today with the very lovely Kirsty Hunt. Kirsty has helped me with a very delicate matter and gone above and beyond to solve issues and help me. She was not only friendly and professional but caring and genuine. GoogleI have had an excellent experience with Cubitt & West Crowborough office in the sale of our property. It has been a long journey but despite huge market changes, the loss of my father making it a probate sale, the team have been wonderful. I especially thank John, Marie, Emma, Jordan and Charlotte, who always answered calls or replied quickly, were very sympathetic to my situation and helped me to navigate these complex situations. GoogleWe had listed our property with another estate agents for 5 months receiving 1 viewing over that whole time. The other estate agents told us we need to drop the price which was simply not the case. I then spoke with John who we decided to move with to sell our property. Before we had even gone live on Rightmove he had actively called round and booked in 2/3 viewings for that weekend. We was then under offer and agreed for a price we was very happy with by that Monday. When I am looking to sell again my first call will be to John. Fantastic service and great communication throughout from John and the whole crowborough Branch. Highly recommend. Thanks again John and team.

GoogleJohn and all his team were absolutely amazing and highly professional - giving us the best advice especially when we experienced difficulties in achieving our sale. I can honestly say that they were so supportive, and really kind to us and were constantly on hand to offer advice and to listen to us. We felt that without them we would not have achieved our sale and move and we could not praise them enough. If there were 10 stars for the best service they would get it and more. Not only John as the manager, but Jordan was incredible to us and Marie and the other staff were all so thoughtful and considerate and by far the most professional team we could have hoped for. Thank you guys. You really are the best!

GoogleCan't thank John Charlotte and Emma enough for their help during my buying process. Although they wasn't my estate agent they was my sellers they treated me with so much kindness and patience. Always able to speak to them nothing was to much to ask even when my buyer looked like they was going to pull out last minute they was trying their hardest to get this resolved. And even on the day of exchange, they went above and beyond. They are a great team who genuinely care and have great estate agents and recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. I had very limited time in which to buy but these guys went over and above to help me (even though we couldn't get past the post on a sale), this was mainly down to me. Just want to say a big thankyou to Marie and Sophie I believe it was who helped me a great deal.
