It's been interesting. It started badly. Once I had signed the contract I had a 'Thank you for choosing Sowerby's' email addressed to my fiance. He didn't own the property and he didn't engage Sowerby's. Very disappointing that they couldn't address the vendor, even though I know it was a standard letter. We then went in to lockdown, but the sale was agreed virtually. My buyers then delayed proceedings due to issues their end, but I wasn't sure where I stood legally with this, and was keen to re-market as times had changed, properties were selling locally very quickly and stamp duty was suspended. Joanna worked really hard chasing my solicitor and my buyers when they were not very forthcoming and we got there eventually, but I felt as though I was slightly abandoned when perhaps I could have got a better price or a quicker sale.

Booked a viewing with these estate agents which was 2 minutes away from their office and did not turn up or call to let me know they wasn’t going to make it I left it a few days excepting them to let me know why they didn’t turn up and instead I had to phone them to find out and didn’t care one bit about letting a customer down with no explanation or phoning to apologise Wouldn’t recommend them ever
