GoogleWe recently completed the completion through Rolstons and working with Danielle’s was fantastic. After the deal was locked, she took charge and since then she maintains the communication between all parties and she did it very well. During all the time she was very supportive by constantly chasing information and keeping us updated at every interval throughout the nerve-wracking journey of buying and selling! A lot of time when we're not getting updates from our solicitors, she pitched in and request for updates on our behalf. We appreciate all the effort Danielle put in to complete this deal. I believe Rolstons entire team was a professional, efficient, and genuinely committed to helping through every step of the process.

GoogleJust trying to book viewings and already particularly unimpressed with these agents. Property adverts don't seem to be updated when sold stc, and the agents seem to be trying to generate their leads in a sneaky manner. Booked a viewing and was told the wrong property had been booked, and when swapping to the correct property was told it 'could not' be booked sooner as they had more staff to do viewings on the Saturdays. I told them this wasn't a great reason for an agent to not be able to show a property sooner to which the agent agreed, said he would confer with a colleague and call me back, after which I was called back immediately and then told the property had in fact been sold with another agency... Thoroughly unimpressive.

GoogleRolstons did a fantastic job marketing our property and getting us a sale. They were proactive with prospective buyers and provided us with prompt feedback after viewings. They understand the property market in Watford and were able to give us sound advice from the call when we wanted to list our property all the way through the sale process. The team at Rolstons obviously take the time to understand what their buyers want from a property which means that there weren't any wasted viewings. Estate Agents often get a bad press but this definitely doesn't apply here. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their property in the Watford area.

GoogleI was trying to book a viewing to view a house. However, every time I call to book an appointment. They say they will call me back and they did not. Eventually they booked me appointment when I called them. And we went to view The House. they had to reschedule 3 times and they wasted my time. Eventually when I viewed the property. It wasn't the same what I have seen in the photos. It was in bad Condition The gentleman that was showing me the house Was consistently on the phone. Trying to ask him questions But he wasn't really paying attention. So I just stormed out and left

GoogleDespite our persistent efforts to arrange a viewing for a flat we were genuinely interested in with Rolstons, we faced challenges as they assured us a callback from the rental team to finalize the booking process. However, it's been two weeks, and we are disappointed that we have yet to receive the expected call. This lack of communication has made it difficult for us to proceed with our housing plans.

GoogleAgent was inconsiderate of fellow neighbours and blocked vehicles parked on private land. Further, Agent advocated for potential purchasers to trespass and peer into adjacent private land and park at a bus stop. No apology in the process. Despicable service!
