After trying to sell our property with three different agencies, we found out that Rolston had the best service and selling strategy among them. Therefore, we have no doubt in recommending them. I would only suggest them to change their lawyer’s partnership.

GoogleWorst agency I ever dealt with, the agent was just so negative asking for a lot of things like even my savings which I consider personal,and this meeting was just for viewing the house, all I understood is that he didn't want to rent me the house, really disappointing

When registering new tenants, it's essential to request certain details to ensure they meet the referencing requirements. This helps avoid situations where tenants view a property and make an offer but then cannot proceed with the tenancy because they have failed the referencing criteria. In addition,, we are unable to arrange viewings for tenants without knowing some basic information about the potential tenant, as we are required to advise landlords on who will be viewing their property. Stephen who was our main contact was helpful in any queries that we had but most of all we really felt the care in his work.

GoogleWe had a pleasent and encouraging experience with Rolstons as we are exploring buying in the area. We met with Stefan and Michael. Michael has continued to keep us posted which has been very helpful on entering the market. He is not pushy, consultative and refreshingly transparent. Definitely a different experience to what we have historically found. We found this from our first interactions with Scott Rose to now with Michael Torchio. We hope to find a property with them soon!

GoogleTook the morning off my work to view a property with Rolestons and they never turned up. I had to leave after 30min of waiting and calling them without an answer. Later I received an email to rearrange the viewing. Did not want to waste more of my time with this agency. Very unprofessional.
