GoogleWe received amazing service from the team in the Watford office. In particular we really enjoyed our property search with Lesley Closier. She is a lovely person, very kind and patient. Nothing was too much for her and she knew exactly the type of house we were looking to buy. Thank you to everyone in the office!

GoogleGreat service overall. Irfan was contactable when needed and if unavailable other staff members were happy to help.. better service and attitude than their friends Fairfields up the road. Thanks to the team and kirsty from the dales progression team who was very efficient either everything.

GoogleVery professional team throughout. I dealt with Sean, John and Hannah mainly, selling a house in Watford with them. They created good marketing, efficient viewing appointments and good presentation of offers etc. The y always answer the phone, great email communication and overall nice people to deal with. GoogleEfficient and first class service from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company to sell/let your property. I have used them in the past and they have just sold another property for me. This was difficult for me as it was a probate sale, but they showed compassion and care as well as their expertise and going the extra mile to make the sale and transaction as smooth as possible. I was kept updated throughout the process by all members of staff and a special thank you from me to Sian, Marlon and all the team for their hard work and getting the job done.

GoogleWe've had a very poor experience with this estate agent - we booked a viewing of a property with them however we were sent to the wrong address to disturb someone who had no idea we would be coming. After finally discovering the error, they could not get us in for the viewing of the correct property until another day, which meant we would have to make the fairly long journey to Watford again. They did not return our call despite promising to do so and it took a further 3 days to get any response from them over email. My advice is to go elsewhere - there are plenty of agents in Watford that provide a much better service!

GoogleComplete time wasters. Avoid them by any mean. They will require you to fill up several forms online, before even showing you the property. I completed the form for the main applicant and they returned asking filing up the forms for my partner and a 4 years old child.
I am disappointed to read this review and sorry that you felt the need to leave it. As we explained to you, and to all prospective tenants who are interested in viewing a property, we ask you to provide some general information to assess whether you meet the affordability and referencing criteria before the viewing is arranged, this is common practice within the industry and is there to save time and speed up the process for everyone. All applicants who will be on the tenancy agreement are asked to fill in the form but as you are aware, we certainly do not require young children to do so! I am sorry you feel you have had a bad experience with the firm and I hope you will find a property to rent soon.
