GoogleI would like to thanks, whole Watford Team of Proffitt & Holt team who have work diligently right from the beginning till the end. One thing I like most about them is that they do not pressurize for any available deal, but seek info and understand your requirements. Another to add is to keep client updated through out the process. I would surely recommend family and friends.

GoogleSales team were great getting me in a flat, however failed to disclose that the flat has a problem with the ventilation system. The flat was then listed for sales without informing me. I was also left without hot water after reporting the problem for about a week before the electrician were able to look at the problem. Just a disappointment, as the team seems friendly 😞

Matthew, we have to take issue with the comments you make as they are incorrect. The fact that there was a known issue with the ventilation in the block was discussed with you at the time of the viewing and our team member spent time with you turning on the kitchen and bathrom fans to see if the problem could be re-created and it couldn't be heard. We informed you that the landlord was thinking of selling and arranged access with you for sales valuations to be carried out. We tried on a number of occassions to reach you to inform you of the landlords decision to sell and eventually had to leave you a message informing you of this decision and asking you to contact the office. The electrical issue was reported by you on the Sunday 30th July, you were contacted about it when we re-opened on the morning of Monday 31st and and our contractor attended to resolve the problem on Tuesday 1st August. It did not take a week before anyone attended. If you would like to discuss any of these points in more detail, please contact one of the team who would be happy to clarify.

GoogleVery impressed with Proffit and Holt as a team in negotiating my sale in the first instance with the buyers and their after sale support leading up to exchange and completion… selling one’s property is stressful but I’ve felt that along the journey Proffit and Holt were there to support me with my enquiries and I would recommend them to any potential sellers out there!

GoogleWe sold through Proffitt and Holt and can't recommend them enough. They removed much of the stress that we have had in past dealings with agents by keeping us informed every step of the way and delivering by finding us a buyer within 2 weeks in a tough market. If we sell again, we would have no hesitation in using them again.
