Fairfield estate agents have been absolutely brilliant! We had the lovely Megan help us find our flat, after having an awful experience with a different letting agent, Megan and the Fairfield team made our move so much better and less stressful. They were professional and took the time to find what we were looking for within our budget and kept up updated throughout the process. Megan at Fairfield was honestly incredible and what I found especially helpful was how diligent, reliable and responsive she was. From the start we built a really great communication and it was always easy to work things out with her, even at the most tense of times. She was on top of things with our solicitors and it made such a big difference knowing she was helping to move the dial with us. She was always understanding and did everything she could to ensure the sale could go through as quickly and as smoothly as possible and that doesn’t go unnoticed. I have never worked with an estate agent like her, and genuinely feel like without her, we wouldn’t have got the house we wanted!

It has been our pleasure to deal with Fairfield Estate Agents Oxhey from start to finish. Sam's patience and expert advice were well received by us. He showed us 5 or 6 properties - always with a smile and good chat. We eventually found our forever bungalow - and even Sam said at the time "This is the one I can tell by your faces" and he was right. Dealing with Belinda was equally easy and she certainly helped to make the whole house selling and buying process less stressful. What a team! All the staff are very friendly and approachable, so if your allocated agent is not available, others will step in gladly. My house sale saga went from valuation, to photos, to listing, to firm offer, in less than two weeks, so it was quite a shock for all of us. However, next came the problems dealing with solicitors and all the other agents involved in the five-link-chain. It was so frustrating at times, but that's where the true professional comes in - Belinda. She was instrumental in sorting out so many issues, that I just left her to get on with it. This no-nonsense approach worked right up to exchange, which although was overdue, came good in the end due to her perseverance. I also congratulate Belinda on her communication skills. Emails were read and responded to almost immediately and when information came in, she passed it on quickly - usually faster than the solicitors. All-in-all, a much less stressful experience in house buying, than it could have been. This is the day before we move "down south", so many thanks to the team at Fairfield Estates, who I would gladly recommend to anyone considering buying or selling their property.
