The service provided by Fairfields in the Sales process is a game changer in this competitive market. The stress of selling was literally taken away from us by having the Sales team be the intermediary and the one to push the buyer and their solicitor to get things done. I wasn't expecting that level of service and having sold a few properties over the years, I can categorically say that Fairfields shaved off 3-4 weeks in the process by dedicating the time and efforts of the team to hand hold the process along from both Buyer and Seller side. Thank you for the exceptional service over the years both as a Landlord and a Seller. It's a shame I couldn't hold onto the house just to continue to work with your team!

Belinda, Rob and Justin did a great job in facilitating our move. What should have been a simple matter became more complex due to the upper chain and Belinda and the team went above and beyond their duty as an estate agent and took on the role of chasing everyone. Without their persistence and tenacity the chain could have so easily collapsed. This is the second move the team have organised for me and I can't recommend them highly enough. We used Fairfields a few months ago to sell a friend's property and Belinda was absolutely awesome. She was very professional and yet showed a great deal of sensitivity as our friend was dying and we were trying to help him sell his house. We also used Fairfields ourselves to help us find a rental property both 11 months ago and again over the last two weeks as our tenancy is up soon. Sam Heffernan looked after us both times and was very attentive to our requirements. We were impressed by his professionalism yet still friendly disposition. He is a credit to Fairfields!

Fairfields were the agents for renting my house out for 3 years & they were brilliant at finding tenants & managing the house. So they were my obvious choice when I wanted to sell it. I can’t recomend them enough as they were amazing. They found a buyer for me very quickly, in under 3 months from putting it on the market to the new couple moving in. I delt with Rob most of the time but all the staff are extremely helpful there.

They really put the move at ease, despite having our first buyer pull out, Rob already had a number of people wanting to view our property and within 3 days it was sold again. His knowledge and advice went above and beyond from our sales. Julian and his team were excellent throughout the very complex purchase I recently made. If it wasn't for their continuous communication throughout the process and their determination to assist us through all the difficulties, none of which arose from them, I think I would have given up on the purchase. I cannot rate Fairfield's or sing their praises enough. We sold our house through Fairfield's Watford and bought our new home through Fairfield's South Oxhey so we will be leaving reviews for both branches. What we say about one also applies to the other! We dealt with pretty much everyone at some point and every time we received a personal outstanding service.
