GoogleDuring our purchase process, Julian was very supportive person that we could call anytime and clarify any doubt straightaway. As first time buyer we were unsure about almost everything but Julian was always there to give us an update and keep us on track. He was always keen to go ahead and beyond and, even after the completion, which was sucessful because of his help as well, he was always ready to find out something for us to make sure we were happy and moved in smoothly. We are really glad to have had him around and would consider him for future needs. GoogleFairField has given me the most realistic property valuation and they put up on the market as valued . Rob and Megan have informed me of the progress of the the sale at every step of the process. Although sometimes it took longer than expected to get a definitive anwer from the buyers both Megan and Rob were very patient till the end to keep the same momentum and energy. Megan has been very proactive in terms of answering any doubts I had and coming back with answers from the buyers and buyers solicitor. I defenitely recommend anybody who lives in the watford area to try and get valuation from fairfeld and to choose them as the property agent for your next property.

GoogleWe can not recommend Fairfields enough!!! Our process has not been a simple one (due to forward chain 300 miles away). However Rob and Megan's part in the sale of out house was AMAZING! They made sure we were kept up to date every step of the way, were always there ready to advise and answer any questions we had. I can not tell you what a difference it makes to have such committed, professional, diligent and organised team who really care in your corner at such a stressful time. Thank you!!!

GoogleI have just completed on my house sale and purchase with Fairfield Estate agents and I can honestly say they were fantastic from beginning to end . All members of staff were efficient and professional throughout but a special mention has to go to Julian who went above and beyond to make a stressful process that little bit easier . He was totally on the ball at all times and nothing was too much trouble for him. Would always be quick to respond to any queries and my ( many ) concerns . GoogleI had a brilliant experience with Fairfield Estates as a first time buyer and highly recommend them. I had a few initial viewings with Olivia until I found my new property, I can't recommend her enough. She has wonderful professionalism about her, takes the time to have information on the property and comes across very genuine. Whilst going though the buying process, Olivia went above and beyond it was reassuring to have a familiar face to contact. Olivia and Rob were so responsive in keeping me up to date with progress reports during my flat purchase. I was unfortunate and had an unresponsive solicitor but Rob really supported communication between myself, the vendor and both solicitors - my purchase would have taken far longer without him ensuring we were all on the same page. I honestly cannot thank them enough for the help/advice and all the support both Olivia and Rob gave me. You really are an exceptional team!

GoogleJulian from Fairfield Estate Agent went above and beyond with supporting and progressing the sale of our PRC house. From start to finish the service was faultless. Julian did everything he could to make our experience as stress free as possible. The whole process was fully explained. The property was marketed promptly with a great selection of images. I was kept up to date each step of the way. Once an offer was accepted the liaison by Julian with the buyer and the solicitors helped to ensure we had a smooth sale and completion. The whole team were extremely attentive and helpful - I would thoroughly recommend Fairfield estate Agent.

In the past I have been shown around properties by many other estate agents, but by far Fairfield Estate agents ranks in my top 3. Every consultant that I have spoken to thus far, have been upfront and honest about the properties on their property market. Everyone working there has an abundance of knowledge within the property market and are willing to share their skill set with their costumers. They know what they are presenting and will educate their customers further if need be. GoogleBuying a first house is always a nerve-wracking experience. Having dealt with another estate agent in the past for a failed purchase, I was already anxious regarding the property I was planning to buy via Fairfield Estates, South Oxhey Branch. But the service provided by them far exceeded my expectations. They were always kind, helpful and professional. They were extremely proactive in getting this deal through as it included a chain and needed regular communication with various estate agents and solicitors. They also ensured that I am being notified at various stages of the process. I could hardly remember me chasing them for an update (as they provided that to me before I reached out to them). The main person from Fairfield Estates dealing with this for us was Robert Simmons but I have had regular contact with Julian Critelli, Megan Elvins and Olivia Odunuga at various stages and can confidently say that all of them have the same work ethics and are equally helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this branch should you need to buy, sell or rent your property.

GoogleIt was brilliant working with the team at Fairfield to sell my property. I wanted to work with a local agent where there was honesty, integrity, great communication, professionalism, solid track record and where I felt like they really cared. Fairfield ticked all boxes. It was a tricky time to sell with all the changes in the government and the interest rate changes and I was delighted with the advice and support I received throughout the process to get the sale price I wanted. I’d highly recommend putting your property on the market with Fairfield - massive thanks to all of you, I loved working with you!

GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever dealt with! Very unprofessional and unexperienced! Staff are also rude and unprofessional, referring to Megan at South Oxhey office who is compulsive liar! Estate agent have failed to do their due diligence on landlords, I paid my deposit, passed reference checks and the landlord signed the tenancy agreement and as I am about to sign it he decides not to let anymore and Fairfield failed to give me any reason! Second time I viewed another property and Megan told me she be sending offer form the same day and nothing received. When chased her 2 days later, her response on well you should chase me, wow what a service! Left message for the manager Rob few days ago with Olivia and as yet still no call back. Stay away and deal with a company that can be trusted. Shaz
Unfortunately, as the letting agent, there is no amount of due diligence we can complete to give us control of who a landlord chooses to let their property to or to stop them changing their mind. As much as we can understand how disappointing this can be, we can only act on the landlord instructions. With regards to your second point, due to the limited number of properties available for rent at the moment the inquiries and viewings levels are extremely high. On most Saturdays our property consultants spend most of their day out viewing and do their best to accommodate all requests as soon as possible. Our property consultants are instructed to advise all viewers, especially when it is this busy, to call us if they want to express an interest in a property as it is not guaranteed they will return to the office before it closes. We are closed on Sundays and you were provided with an offer to rent form on Monday once you had called into the office. As you were made aware, Rob was in and out on Saturday and he was then away on holiday until Thursday. To talk about a member of staff who has an exemplary record with clients in such an offensive tone is completely unnecessary when they do their upmost best to accommodate the vast number of viewer requests they receive on a Saturday as soon as it is physically possible.
