GoogleRecently sold my property through Fairfield South Oxhey branch. I would highly recommend this Estate agents. Rob has been with us throughout the whole journey and when he wasn't around there was always another member of staff on hand to deal with. Great communication every step of the way.

GoogleJulian sold my house in Oxhey Drive over a year ago, he had arranged so many viewings. And escorted each and everyone of the viewers around mu house. I was presently surprised by the amount of interest in viewing my property. And it sold in a matter of 2 weeks. I can only put this down to Julian's expert marketing and sales technique. Then later on when we were looking to buy a property we returned to Julian at Fairfields estate Agents with the hope of him finding us a new dwelling and sure enough, he did. We had personal updates from Julian every step of the way with our purchase. On the 28th July 2022 we conpleted the purchase of our bungalow. We can't thank Julian enough for finding us our forever home. We will always recommend Fairfields Estate Agents. Within the next few months my partners mother's property will be going on the market we will be using Fairfields and know we can rely on Julian to find annother property close to ours for my partners mother because she is 95 years old and we need the most smoothest transition and can rely on Julian and the team at Fairfields to make this happen. with Regards Jacqueline Lane-Smith

Robert did everything he could to make our experience as stress free as possible at this very difficult time. The whole process was fully explained. The property was marketed promptly with a great selection of pictures and a video. Robert kept us up to date every step of the way and helped ensure a smooth sale and completion. GoogleI have bought and sold 2 properties through Fairfield over the last 8 years and I can not fault them at all. Megan dealt with our most recently sale and has been nothing short of amazing throughout the whole process. She was determined to get the process done for us asap and kept us updated via phone and email through it all. She went way beyond her role to ensure we had the best service. An absolute asset to the team. The entire office are always so helpful and have lovely smiles on their faces as you walk into the office. A huge thank you to Rob who helped me buy my first home 8 years ago too, and who is the reason why we came back to buy and sale this last property with Fairfield . Even though I am moving out of this part of Watford I will 100% be coming back if we sale again. Thanks Fairfield !

The chain was complicated and long with many problems throughout however we can’t thank Megan enough for her professionalism, dedication and hard work from beginning to end. GoogleFairfield Estate Agents Ltd is simply the best Estate Agency ever! About 8 years ago I was fortunate to select them as my letting agency, for which they did an impeccable job, letting out my property reliably and efficiently. In July 2022 I decided to sell the property. They managed to get an offer in 3 days on the full asking price. They were far better even than my solicitors and were my go-to team throughout the process, with lots of assurance throughout. The property is now sold and I feel very lucky to have encountered them! They deserve an award for services to our community - Well Done, Robert and Team!
