Stay away at all cost. These are the sort of unprofessional people who are part of this industry that you never want to come across. They have got a problem with telling the truth. They are the sort of business that gives this business/ industry a bad name. Stay away at all cost. I say it again! And absolutely not , the review stands even today. I would never ever buy or sells anything with yourselves ever again. Thanks but no thanks. You ought to check your facts before you respond to a review. At the point that we offered we were sold and the sale of our property was at a very late stage in the process. Infact so much so, that you cause our family a lot of stress as we had nowhere to go and we were contemplating putting all our furnitures into storage and moving into rentals. I made all your agents aware of all of those. We had offered on two of the houses you were selling at the time. We were desperate to buy and we had the funds to buy! Infact just to clear this we had more funds, we were a lot more capable of buying what you were selling at the time. Perhaps instead of telling people what your opinions are, your business should focuss on telling people the truth. The business your are in can make and shatter dreams. My advice to you would be to focuss on telling the truths, truths to people, to your clients. Thanks.NegativeProfessionalism

Big disappointment! When viewing the property Vito couldn't answer any of our questions and he seemed like he doesn't know what he is doing there. We tried to carry on, regardless. Later, their recommended mortgage advisor couldn't care less and after few months of answering to his emails he still "needed more information". Like sending us 1 form with all his queries was too much. Luckily, we lost that property due to their negligence, but we found something better where all paperwork was done in few days.

This is the second time that we have sold through Fairfield Estates, and on both occasions, the Fairfield team have been amazing. Rather than just valuing our house at an inflated price to get us to commit to the sale, they marketed it a good but realistic price, which I'm sure helped us with the quick sale at the price we wanted. They are very professional carefully explaining all and any processes that we were unsure of as well as resolving the few issues that we had with our buyers. In short, they made sure the whole process ran smoothly. Importantly, Fairfield are by far the most responsive estate agent that I have ever dealt with (selling and buying). Even with all the the pandemic restrictions, the viewings were managed safely, and they made sure that they answered any question that we may of had immediately or within hours.They even went out of their way to find a great heating engineer to service our boiler as British Gas were too busy during the pandemic. The complete opposite of your stereotypical 'manipulative' estate agent. We bought our property through Fairfield and thought that they were the most honest and supportive agent we had come across in the whole of Hertfordshire. We were so impressed with their service and help, that we decided to appoint them once we had again decided to move a few years later and found that the service had somehow improved from the high quality that they were before! The team, in particular Matt and Chris, did everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and at ease with one of the largest decisions you would ever make in your life - this is exactly what we needed.
