I wanted to extend my thanks to Chris Eccles for going above and beyond during my property purchase - your help and tenacity has been invaluable in getting us to exchange and completion. Chris worked tirelessly and did a fantastic job in resolving any queries I had throughout the transaction. Chris was always available for an update chat or to catch up generally. Where Chris was on annual leave, his colleagues were also as friendly and helpful. The positive experience I’ve enjoyed Chris and his wider team has been unrivalled. I would not hesitate in recommending Chris/Fairfields to others. There is an excellent team at the Watford office, and I have to say it’s a wonderful thing to see ‘good old customer service’ is an inherent part of your firm’s ethos and to experience it first hand (especially as the buyer). I could always get hold of the agents who were handling my purchase, and I was always treated in a fair, polite and friendly way. When I was viewing propeties, I found Fairfield to be the best of bunch in terms of customer service. You don’t get to choose which agent markets the property you want to buy, but I’m certainly glad Fairfield were marketing the one I was buying this time. Did someone say moving was stressful? If it is supposed to be, for us Fairfield really did go out of their way to ensure it was not stressful at all for us. All staff members were so polite each time we called, considerate when arranging and doing viewings and really did go out of their way to answer any questions we had along the way. From the moment we put our house for sale to completing, the communication from Fairfield was excellent. We don't plan on moving again anytime soon but if we did, we will 100% use Fairfield.
