GoogleAbbas was so helpful and lovely! His customer service is top notch! He really made the experience so seamless for us. We came in after getting a quote over the phone with him and once we saw the unit we decided to go for it! The space is perfect for us and what we need. He made the sign up process be so easy and helped us get access to our unit the same day! Amazing!!!!

The storage units are brand new and I got a very good price as well as recommendations that helped me decide the right storage space for my requirements. Their access system is great and seems very secure. Highly recommend.

Harriet is the best self storage staff member I have ever encountered in my life and I've used storage units all over London and in other cities, too. She made the full move-in process so hassle-free and stress-free. She was polite, friendly, calm, considerate, helpful and to be honest, nothing was too much trouble. The world needs more people like Harriet and more companies like Cinch. You make your competitors look pathetic. Well done and thank you. GoogleAaron has been absolutely amazing at helping us to rent a storage space for us. I initially reserved a 75sq ft space then we had to change to 100sq ft. I would absolutely recommend using Cinch Storage. Have looked at other storage companies but this was the most approachable company. Thanks Aaron .

Cinch were pretty much the only stress-free part of moving house, cannot recommend enough. Truly went above and beyond to help, answer questions, explain, assist etc. Also reachable on the phone which can be such a difficult ask! Competitively priced too and special shout out to Andrew. TrustpilotPoor sercvice, do not get lured into introductory offers and fall victim to poor service.
Please do not use them. Cinch over charged us for our storage. Despite ongoing complaint and dispute they took unauthorised funds automatically form the crediit card. On the weekend of our move where we organized help and rented vans, out of hours access did not work. After hours attendance telephone number is a scam which would lead to working from home event loggers only. Discounts were offerered for the inconvenience which were then withdrawn. Long winded, repetative email replies wasted hours of our time and caused further stress. In the End we just gave up and emptied the unit earlier than planned. Store managers and area managers changed jobs and our complaint was left hanging unresolved. Dispute is still ongoing, we will not giveup. |Premium temporary storage for your valuables is supposed to convenient service not a hassel stress of dealing with scammers who overcharge for non service.

I am so impressed with the staff and service at Letchworth Cinch. I have just vacated my storage unit after 7 months and it has been an easy, smooth and secure process from start to finish. I am particularly grateful to Lauren and Becky for their cheerful cooperation throughout. Nobody likes to have their belongings in storage, but sometimes we have to and I would definitely recommend Letchworth Cinch.

GoogleAaron has been the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Even though we turned up 10 minutes before closing he welcomed us in and sorted us with a storage unit in a great location. He walked us through the entire journey from outside the main gate to the storage unit itself to make sure we knew how to get in. Such amazing service. He was so friendly and cheerful and really did take a weight off our shoulders. Every person we passed greeted Aaron by name and asked after him - it felt like a Cinch family. Sometimes it’s the small things that make the biggest impact. Thanks Aaron!

GoogleI have worked in Self Storage as a store manager and also rented in many different storage facilities Over the years. Having moved into Cinch Watford as needed storage as moving house again. Aaron and the team are an asset to Cinch Watford. Nothing is too much hassle and everyone is always Friendly. Please let the team know they doing a great Job and keep it guys. GoogleReally had a great experience with the cinch branch at Watford! The staff were extremely helpful, Harriet and, in particular Aaron! He went above and beyond and really got us out of a jam! He was so helpful and really made sure that we were comfortable with everything, even staying after his hours to ensure we were all set! Honestly can’t thank him enough! The storage units are clean and a really easy use system in place for getting in and out. The prices are competitive too but the service we received is worth so much more! I would highly recommend the branch at Watford and we will certainly be using them again should the situation arise!
