Second time I have used Cinch…

Second time I have used Cinch Newmarket. Both times I dealt with Gosia who is beyond helpful ( the whole reception team are) . They’re very competitive with pricing and will offer you the best size unit for your duration . The unit is easy to access and incredibly clean & secure . For me , they will always be my first call if I need storage again . Thanks Cinch

Everything was excellent!

Everything was clean, tidy and well presented. The storage unit I rented was the smallest but was still large enough for a considerable number of boxes. Staff were amenable, helpful and friendly. It was also good that I could get in and out at any time with a special passcode.

A Great team! When we first showed interest in using an external storage unit, Joshua Nimmo was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming. The whole Team at Cinch are very accommodating and friendly. Always pleased to see you and even offered you a hot beverage whilst you worked. The facility itself is rather modern and clean with plenty of parking available. Although if you tend to accumulate a lot of rubbish they didn't appear to have much in the way of waste disposal for large quantities of it. Overall we were very happy with the service provided to us over the 9 months we spent with them. Would be happy to recommend them to other business's in need of offsite storage.

Excellent facility with super staff

The Cinch unit at Leighton Buzzard was excellent. There was a very good range of sizes of storage, the whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff were always helpful and efficient. I was particularly impressed with the young woman (Jenny) who was on duty this weekend, as we were emptying our store. She was not only very efficient but extremely personable, and put a final gloss on a very good experience.

Solid Self Storage With Helpful, Friendly Staff

At time of writing, we've been using the Woking Cinch Storage for a few months and it's all been good.The staff have been friendly and accommodating, frequently and quickly helping me out with any queries or concerns I've had (and never making it feel unwelcome) - and there's staff around at the weekends.The building itself is what you might expect from a self storage place so it does the job - it's got solid security, convenient access for vehicles, easy-to-find rooms with a straight-forward layout, and is kept in a clean state. The new offices are a nice, cosy addition too.We've not had any issues regarding this location in the few months we've used this place so there isn't really anything to add in that regard.

I’ve been using Cinch storage at Brentwood for a few weeks now. It’s been fantastic. All the staff are super helpful and really friendly.The storage facility looks brand new (no idea how old it is- guessing not very). There are lights inside the rooms which makes it super easy to see. Cinch Brentwood is the best storage facility I’ve used (had a few).
