Had my storage unit for just under two years in Letchworth, super easy to access and right on my doorstep. Cinch Storage are a great company. Aaron dealt with my booking superbly, answering all relevant questions, suggesting options I hadn't considered and, in general, provided top class professional and friendly service.Cinch cannot, in my opinion, be bettered. I have rented an office and storage space for over 3 years and had no issues, the team at Leighton Buzzard are always helpful. Particularly useful is 24 hour access to my office.The facilities are great, especially in terms of maintenance and site improvements. And most importantly, everything feels secure.Zero complaints from this customer, highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Nigel at Cinch in Bicester. Helpful initial phonecalls to explain how everything works, and a tour of potential units as I wasn't sure what size we'd need. Nothing was too much trouble and Nigel even offered to help manoeuvre some of our larger/heavier items - thank you so much! I'd thoroughly recommend Cinch for reliable, simple and super friendly storage.

GoogleMy first time using a storage site, having just sold my property and needing to store a large amount of items before new home is ready, i found Abbas and Yousef both very friendly and helpful, fully explaining the whole process and 3 mouths half price another bonus, they made the whole experience very easy and stress free, would glady recommend this site.

After three years with Storage King, there were no issues. When Cinch took over, it took a few staff changes for our dispute to be sorted, however the current staff are very helpful, and everything is now sorted. Clean units, easily accessible, just a shame it's not 24 hrs! Would recommend

Excellent storage facility. I believe it was Jason who helped me book the storage which we needed last minute on our moving day, and frankly he took all the stress out of it so we are able to focus on our move.They even let us borrow a sack barrow when our van rental place let us down. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks Cinch!
