I visited the Letchworth branch a little unsure of what I needed in terms of unit size and duration. I was immediately made to feel welcome by the two girls in reception, who were very friendly and didn’t make me like my questions were silly (although there definitely were some!).They helped me find what I needed, and I’d be more than happy to recommend Cinch to others

Very polite and well organised site. And even had a van that we could borrow for a small fee of £28. Which helped out a lot. And even got money back as we moved out of lock up early. Would recommend and use again.

I have been using the storage facility for a while at Letchworth now and am always impressed by the service given. The staff are very welcoming, and were very knowledgeable when advising on the storage available and suitable according to my requirements. I found the prices to be very reasonable and am always impressed by how clean and well presented the reception area is. Highly recommend.
