Jason was very helpful - he sorted out a mix up with my billing as the discount wasn’t applied and was generally a nice person.

TrustpilotAmazing customer service. The best
Amazing customer service with a smart safe and secure facility. My possessions were stored for over a year and came out exactly the same as when they went in. I cannot fault Jason and Matthew in Leighton Buzzard on service and care. Highly recommended needs a 6* button.

Can certainly recommend using Cinch Chippenham, an extremely safe, clean and easy to use facility. But the main thing is the fantastic customer service, Andrew the store manager is a delightful chap. His onboarding process left us feeling confident we’d made the right choice and he’s extremely welcoming and a delight to talk to. The pricing strategy is really clear and easy to understand. Overall a delight
