I had to use Cinch for things that were left over when I moved home. They were so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble for them. I was almost sad to leave! Andrew is the star of the show and will go above and beyond to help you with your stuff!

TrustpilotGreat and safe storage with helpful staff in LB. Would highly recommend to other customers
Helpful staff from LB branch provided all the information we needed on-site, so assistance made us have a pleasant/easier experience and helped us to pick up the most suitable option for us in terms of price, size and duration. We managed to store our stuff and ensured our peace of mind. The cost was attractive and weighed in our decision too.

TrustpilotThe team goes all the way and beyond
Been a customer of the Chippenham Unit for 2.5 years, and I have never had any troubles. It was easy to sign in and equally to give notice. Always kept informed about accessibility (i.e. special times on Bank Holidays) and the team (Andrew and Paul) have always been very helpful with any queries I had. No longer need the space hence why we are leaving it, but I highly recommend it

TrustpilotReally great experience with Cinch
Really great experience with the Cinch in Leighton Buzzard. The facility itself is very good - secure, warm and easy to navigate / get the trolleys around. The lift is easy to use and everything can be loaded into the units from the same level - no mezzanine floors to negotiate! The service is also good from everyone working at Cinch and the rates are good value
Thanks for an amazing 5* review Adam! I'm happy we had the chance to provide a secure & safe storage place for your belongings.

TrustpilotAndrew and Paul @ Chippenham, Wiltshire.
We've just finished an 8 week rental.Andrew and Paul at Chippenham Cinch have been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From a store visit in person then followed by many emails from myself pestering Andrew, he's been very accommodating. The site is very easy to access, kept clean and tidy with no issues within our term.We would definitely look into a long term rental for those house items we don't want around the house.A massive thank you !
