The staff at the Newmarket branch are super friendly, especially Nijole. Accessibility is easy even although my unit is on the first floor. Security is particularly good and the unit is clean and dry. Access available until 23:00 hrs

Experience at the beginning was excellent as I had just come from a really bad one with another storage company, then out of the blue & with no warning I received a phone call from the store advising my contract had been terminated with immediate effect & that I had days to clear my unit, as a small business this obviously caused us alot of stress & unnecessary worry bur we cleared our unit as requested, for anyone wanting to store with these people just be warned to read the small print first & shop around ***update 9th March 2024***So you first of all are incorrect as the batteries that were being stored are not made from that material otherwise they would not have been able to be used in our equipment Secondly this means you would have gone into my unit without my authorisation so anyone reading this with a combination padlock I would be very very careful incase thry decide to enter your unit when you are not there to check on what your storing, something to think about

When any of our customers sign-up for storage with us, they agree to the T&C's which includes, not storing dangerous, prohibited or illegal items. It was discovered that you were storing a quantity of lithium batteries in your unit, which is why we were forced to give you immediate notice on your unit. I've never reviewed anything in my life, but for Cinch Newmarket, I feel I must. Under very difficult personal circumstances, the team in Newmarket, brilliantly led by Gosia, made the whole experience seamless from beginning to end. Nothing was a problem, everything could be solved, and you never felt under any pressure. The facility is immaculate, clean and tidy, with some very helpful and reasonably priced products on offer. The fact that I was sad to leave says it all, and although I hope I never have to use a storage facility again, if you do, then you must use Cinch!

Jason was very helpful with my last minute request for a unit, and sorted us out some space near the lift which was appreciated. The place is really clean and we had all the trolleys we needed to move, they even let me pinch one briefly to move some concrete pots at home!Fantastic service and really friendly, helpful guys.

My friend and I needed a storage unit, but was really unclear exactly what size we needed. I had been up one afternoon and was helped massively by the two ladies that were working on that particular day. I then decided that I really should take my friend up so that she could see for herself and make the final decision. We were greeted by another friendly,helpful lady, Kayleigh, who spent the time with us showing a few of the smaller units and helping us pick the right size for my friends needs. I would highly recommend going here, especially as a woman. We weren't judge and nothing was too much trouble.

I’m new to Storage and he explained everything answered all my questions and went into detail (unlike other store giving very brief and lack-lustre responses) I got great deal on two units and i am hundred percent sure i have chosen the right store. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI had a good sign on experience and left a positive review but since then I’ve had problems using this facility. I was promised access from 6am-11pm everyday but every time I used my gate code it told me it was out of my assigned hours. I spoke to the manager who assured me he had fixed the problem it wouldn’t happen again but less than a week later I was once again locked out. They also did not note down the end date on my original contract and continued to charge me. It is a nice new building with lovely employees but these problems have cost me a lot of money and time. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a storage unit.

As I required local storage I headed to Cinch Storage in Letchworth. I had a very pleasant meeting with the Storage manager (Lauren) who talked me through the details of obtaining a small lock up.I am now in my fourth month and enjoying the extra space given to me at home. So much so that I have been back to talk to Lauren to extend my term for a longer period.This she was able to do for me and have settled in for foreseeable future. The whole experience being made very easy for me by Lauren and the staff at Cinch Letchworth.
