Worst company to buy a house from. Avoid at all costs. They do not fix things correctly/ fob you off/ quality of finish is poor and then provide a parking space too small for you to park in!

Whatever you DONT BUY from this company. I purchased an apartment in Fletton Quays Pboro and the complex is an utter shambles from start to end - the service is shocking and is clearly evident in the work they do.

So many snagging and security issues with the Foundry new build in Hackney, and the common areas look like something from a 1970s soviet office block, so basic. Really disappointed. They need to install much higher quality security gates, and properly finish the common areas.

GoogleThe show home was lovely. The finish on the completed flats was beautiful. Still plenty of building works going on, however, one small block is already complete and ready to move into.
