Very friendly and accommodating which has really helped to ease our stress levels as well as convincing us to buy with cala! NO GREEN SPACE IN A RURAL COMMUNITY

You have been building and still are building in South Queensferry Edinburgh Scotland. I am born and brought up in South Queensferry and was absolutely shocked and astonished at the amount of green space Cala homes have taken over for their unaffordable homes,nearly half a million upwards. This is disgusting. Cala homes have completely destroyed South Queensferry and pushed up the prices of houses here, so much so locals can't even get on the ladder of your so- called affordable homes...yeah right. I can't believe you've convinced Edinburgh Council and South Queensferry District into building these houses so you can all rub your hands together for profit over keeping South Queensferry original with plenty green space like it used to be. You should all be ashamed of yourselves, shame I didn't return early enough to put a stop to your plans.

Pathetic aftercare

Pathetic aftercare. Spent a LOT of money on a modern house because we wanted a fresh and efficient property with no issues. 18 months later we are still waiting on our snagging being done. Chased countless times and nobody gets in touch. Numerous residents on the same Jordanhill development are in the same situation. Great sales team, useful aftercare.
