Hanna and Sarah are excellent at their jobs, both very polite and accommodating. Hanna took us to see our house under construction and I was impressed how she explained things very well at a technical level and also negotiated the pricing. Sarah went through part exchange process, the site plans and construction drawings then gave very good advice with carpet and flooring selections.
