GoogleSecond time using Carter and King, the whole team were super proactive while the property was on market and fantastic while the sale went through. Any issues were ironed out quickly and efficiently. Would not go anywhere else!

GoogleI had a easy time selling with carter and king. They did everything and made it easy. They kept in touch about it all. James was also really good when I was buying else where. GoogleBad from start to finish. I do not recommend buying a property with these agents. Poor communication: they are not competent to retain information and have messed up dates with the chain. Whenever I wanted to follow something up the answer has always been 'we are very busy, someone will call you back' which most of the time did not happen. When I rang up to ask about time to collect the keys the lady did not even know we were supposed to collect them and said nothing was written down. When I finally collected the house keys they couldn't be bothered to talk to me for more than 5 seconds. Not even a card to say congratulations or a bottle etc. I'm glad I don't have to deal with these people again.

GoogleI don't know how you but i had a very good experience with this guys , really good hard workers who know thier jobs and i would like to say are doing it very well, I've started my process with Mortgage in April and because few of my faults it vent that long but next Monday we suppose to get our keys and we are very excited of the following moment, it taken us 87 days from the start and until completions date, thanks a lot for your service

GoogleThe whole team at Carter and King have been exceptional. We had 4 viewings within days of engaging them and an offer within a week. Our sale became very complicated at the latter stages and Joel, Sharon & Amy went above and beyond. I would recommend them without hesitation.
