GoogleA shame, polite staff, but service left wanting more. I have the feeling they want to do well but are too stretched to do so and therefore a tick box approach to meet an objective to update you - No real in depth sales reviews and clear actions for both parties on how to move the property quickly and at best price. Poor follow up on requests. I do hope they can get to the much needed improvement - I believe they are trying

GoogleJust a quick note to say thank you for the 5 star service from the whole Carter & King Team. Before we wanted to list our house they were always happy to help answer our questions and queries without any any pressure for us to sell with then. When we decided to put our house on the market 12 - 18 months later the house was online within 3 days of our call and a full open morning a week later which resulted in lots of potential purchasers viewing and the house going under offer shortly afterwards. 6 weeks later we have exchanged. Thank you Carter and King - we would fully recommend their services to anyone considering selling their house. 👍

GoogleNot welcoming when attending buyer's call. They ask Mortgage AIP letter, strict on their guide price just to view the house. They want to sort out/finalize on guide price of the property before initial view itself. Certainly from buyers perspective not an encouraging approach.
