GoogleVery poor service. Probably okay if you’re selling a big expensive house. Those people receive a better service, but your average 2/3 bed semi, they treat you like something you catch on your shoe. Poor communication. Poor level of information. No apologies for mistakes made. Uncaring, high handed and hard work. Never again.

GoogleI was a first time seller , decided to have 3 agents out to value my shared ownership property. Carter and King were the most informative by far - explaining the whole process to me. They achieved a sale within a week of marketing in excess of what the other agents valued my property at. Sharon their Sales Progressor kept me up to date throughout the whole sale and was on hand for any questions that we had. Would highly recommend Carter and King to ANYONE :)

GoogleAs a first time buyer, I had an eye on a property I wanted to purchase but really nothing had no clue beyond that! Amy, Joel and the team were fantastic every step of the way. They were always open, friendly and honest, keeping me informed at every stage stage, as well as recommending a mortgage advisor and solicitors who have been great. The whole process has been smooth, stress-free and quick, as there was no chain. I would definitely recommend them and, if/when I decide to move up on the ladder, they’ll be the first people I contact - right now though, I’m just loving my first amazing flat!

GoogleWe had an awful experience trying to sell our house with Carter & King. They claim to be better than everyone else but they don't actually do anything differently. They did however consistently go against our requests and then lie about it. Would not recommend at all.

GoogleFrankly a disappointment ( is there ANY good estate agent in Rugby???!!), the people there seem nice enough, one came to the property to inspect and promised to send me ts&cs but this never happened. They kept stalling for one reason or another. Not ideal when you have invested time and money in a project and cannot turn a profit without tenants. I finally got a straight answer which did not make sense to me at all and sounded like a pathetic excuse not to take the property, why these people are afraid of saying it out loud? If that is not their cup of tea please say so! Anyway I decided to cut all ties with these people and find someone else. Poor service and attitude.

I marketed with two other local agents before who failed to sell my property or give me the service CK did, they sold our property within two weeks of marketing, for OVER asking price. Morgan negotiated the sale and achieved a premium in a market we thought was collapsing. Thankyou again CK, highly recommend:
