GoogleWe both sold and bought our new house through Carter and King and I was very impressed with their service at every stage. Everyone was professional and friendly, our listing really looked wonderful, and they navigated what turned out to be a very long and tricky process in a way that was very supportive and reassuring to us. Particularly I would like to note Morgan and Kristie who we dealt with most during the purchase and processing stages, as they were calm, friendly and supportive, and able to keep things moving even when they were getting stuck.

GoogleRenting our property with Sheli at Carter & King has been very easy from start to finish. Sheli is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all our questions from the first visit, and also very patient, as there have been a lot of questions. The viewings were all arranged on the same day, which made the whole process much smoother. She recognises and understands the local rental market and prices the property to rent, this was evident in 18 viewings booked. She has organised the rental right through to informing our service providers of our move and giving metre readings. We would strongly recommend Sheli to anyone thinking of renting their property, both her and all the staff at Carter & King are friendly, professional and approachable.
