GoogleWe used Carter and King to let a property we have in Dunchurch. The marketing was excellent and Andrew Bewick saw the process through from start to finish. He gave everything his full attention and made sure that all was in order which is so important when it comes to the new Renters Rights. GoogleI have recently brought a house with Carter and king. Honestly they went above and beyond to get everything sorted for us. Morgan was amazing from the first point of contact with her, got us multiple views on the property and always answered any questions I emailed over. We also dealt with Kristie who always kept us in the loop, explained processes to me that I didn’t quite understand and fought to get us in the property in time for our rental to be up! It was all round a brilliant experience and I feel that the people I spoke to at Carter and king did more than I would have expected. Very grateful. We’ve had a week in our new home and we are loving it!

GoogleAfter being on the market with another agent and having no interest, we change to Cater and King and received a fantastic service from the whole team. The marketing we received from them far exceeded what we had from our previous agent, they presneted the property in the best possible way and they found us a buyer very quickly. The help we received from the progression team was amazing, wouldn't have been able to go through this without them. GoogleI used Carter and King for the sale and purchase of my properties. I found the team to be very helpful. Kristie was my progress chaser and found her to be very proactive in chasing enquiries/questions and ensuring all parties were being updated. I was also pleased with the sale and purchase prices for the properties as these have been exceptional compared to other local agents. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property and would use again myself.

GoogleBest Estate Agent I've ever used!! I can honestly say this is the best estate agent I have ever used by a long way. During the market turbulence in the autumn of 2022 we lost 2 buyers and finally completed with our third at the end of April (third time lucky as they say!). CK proactively navigated us through this challenging time and kept us informed throughout, both on the sales side and through to completion. GoogleCarter and King were recommended to me, so I called them for a valuation and spoke to a very pleasant lady who assured me that the Director was going to give me a call at a set time and date agreed to discuss my property, however he did not call me. Luckily I had valuations booked in with other agents who welcomed my prospective business. Wouldn’t recommend Carter and King as a reputable estate agent unfortunately after this experience. It is courteous to let customers know if they can’t keep an appointment….

GoogleRude service and unreasonably high fees. I’ve had several disappointing interactions with this estate agent. I have recently interreacted with Edward and he has always made just 1 way communication. This experience is quite common now with various representative they have got in the firm. Each time I asked reasonable questions about their services and fees, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Rather than providing clear, helpful information, the tone was unprofessional and pushy. To make matters worse, they are charging some of the highest agency fees in the market, without offering service or transparency to justify it. It felt like they were more focused on upselling than actually helping. Buying or selling a property is a big decision, and I expected basic respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, this agency fell far short. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

Kristie Gray was our contact throughout the purchase and did a wonderful job in keeping us updated with progress, and with getting the keys for our move. Both were very professional and competent, and I would feel comfortable using Carter and King again.

GoogleAmazing service. Sold my house twice. So quickly (first sale falling through not their fault). Kristie was amazing. One step ahead with the sale process to completion the whole time. Followed up on everything, knows her clients and brings it to completion in a calm seamless manner. She was awesome. How other agents do this without a Kristie after sales service is beyond me. GoogleThe process of buying and selling a house can be really difficult and it can often be a roller coaster of emotions. however, Carter and King did a great job of managing this for us and I found James to be very professional and reassuring. Once our offer was accepted Kristie was our contact and she was excellent, responding to emails very quickly and keeping the whole sale on track, chasing solicitors in both directions and helping to sort out a last minute issue as our chain nearly collapsed. GoogleAs a buyer, I found their communication to be poor and inconsistent, with constant delays and a lack of transparency. People that work there have zero people skills and proved to be dishonest and deceitful throughout the process. Even when confronted about their actions, they failed to take any accountability or responsibility. Avoid at all costs!
