GoogleArrogant and borderline evil. Charge extreme amounts for services and when you object to £100 light bulb changes or £50 to clean a door and two windows they say they will evict you - even though they don't own the actual flat just the building. Nasty nasty company.

GoogleThe subcontractors Fix 360 need to be renamed Fix 180 because they only ever do half a job and also leave a mess behind them every time so next time Your Housing will be sent an invoice for a skip deducted from rent !

GoogleThis Company has no idea how to Service Customers. Never seen or had contact with Letting team for 2-3 years. Outstanding repairs since Pre- Coronavirus. Charging for window cleaning and gardening and not been touched for 6 months!!! and all the while Your housing is happy to take your money.

GoogleI've been waiting for 2 years now for repair work. I now have a solicitor. Nobody ever calls you back. This is the 2nd scheduled list of repairs now that has gone legal. Has someone fallen asleep at the switch over there.

GoogleReally bad company who tries to move people into dangerous houses in need of repair. Try to deny everything and make you wait months for repairs even if your on the tenancy. Disgrace of a company that should put residents moving into their homes first.

All repairs have been attended within 24 hrs, never had a problem with that. Only when applied for the house in 2018 the lady I spoke to was a little bit rude (Helen). No other problems.(Liverpool L6)

Shocking company our local representative is rude unhelpful and not fit for purpose, they took over from Moorlands Housing who were totally the opposite, I wouldn't touch these charlatans with a barge pole.

GoogleNo heating or hot water all weekend because the very large housing associations gas sub contractor, doesn't have a corgi registered worker on call! at weekends. Ludicrous.
