So far so good.

So far so good, since reserving the house to exchanging, we used our own solicitor which didn’t go to plan and we nearly lost the house. Then we decided to changed to rowlands recommended with the help from Kiera, the mortgage team and PLS solicitors we got it exchanged in 7 days. Kiera has been amazing from the start really helpful with letting us know what’s going on with the build and in general. Fingers cross it will be done by completion on the 5th of Mach before 31st of March so the help to buy doesn’t run out!

From start to finish with this buy Rowland homes was fantastic in many ways. Specially Stephen from sales. Stephen went above and beyond to help me and my partner out. Making sure everything we needed or asked was quickly sorted out. Any information we asked for Stephen went out of his way to help us. The actual build of the house is perfection. After me working on building sites for most of my career I no how houses are quickly built to a rubbish standard. I can honestly say Rowland homes are a totally different builder. Spec and build of there homes are 100%, I really can’t fault them. I would like to thank Rowland homes but most of all I would like to thank Stephen for a smooth buy. Still to this day he’s helping us out. Thank you Stephen

I do not write reviews often, but felt the gentleman I spoke to went above and beyond in the circumstances. We have just just started looking around at houses even though we are not up for sale yet. We have been in touch with a few big builders recently and to say there was a lack of interest was startling and sometimes upsetting. Then we called Rowland Homes and had the pleasure of speaking to Stephen at Thorne Meadows he was amazing he took the time to go through everything with us, he was kind, considerate answered all our questions and was fountain of knowledge, we came away from the phone call extremely positive and although we didn't want leave any details just yet (complicated) we both felt that we would definitely go back to Rowland.. My dealings with Rowland have been with Stephen at Thorn Meadows. Although I was putting my home as part exchange I still had to complete on the sale of my other house. This put it back a short while but Stephen kept in touch regularly and was a great help. My move is finally set for Monday 7/12/20 and he has been a great help in keeping me sane whilst updating me with the progress of my property.

We’ve recently moved into our home and we’ve been really pleased with Rowland Homes. Mark has been great and kept in regular contact from early bird reservation to completion and is always very helpful. We were unable to use the HTB scheme due to completion dates but Rowland offered us different alternatives. Mark the site manager has also been great since we moved in and all of our more urgent snags have been sorted quickly.

We moved to a new build property with Rowland Homes last week. From the moment we walked into the Marketing Suite to the collection of the keys we were looked after by Jordan Ross at Levens View in Ulverston he talked to us about our needs and suggested the types of property that would suit us. He guided us through the reservation process the selection of estate agents, potential solicitors and the optional extras to enhance our home. The whole process from reservation to moving in took about two months. The house is fabulous and the support of the Rowland Team and particularly “Jordan” has been exceptional.

We moved in to our Rowland Home at Jubilee Gardens, Euxton, 5 weeks ago now and are over the moon with everything! Our experience started with Stephen in the sales office. He could not have been any more helpful or friendly if he tried. Our move was particularly stressful due to issues in the chain but Stephen did everything he could to ensure we did not lose the house and nothing was too much trouble. On moving day, Sam, one of the site managers came to make sure everything was OK and from that point on Luke has looked after us. Luke has provided an exceptional service too. He's text us every week to make sure everything has been OK, let us know when he was on holiday and alternative arrangements and made sure our snags were sorted promptly and when I say snags, they were minimal. We are blown away with the quality and general finish of the house. If you are reading this and thinking of moving to this site I'm sure you will not regret it. The area is lovely, the houses are fab and the service outstanding.

My experience so far with Rowland homes has been great.It begun from the sales office where I met Stephen, he made my experience stress free. This is because of how passionate he is about his job. He ensured that everything went according to plan and the process, beginning from when we reserved our home till the completion stage was nothing short of amazing.Stephen then handed us over to Luke, who is one of the site mangers. He has been extremely helpful and gone the extra mile when required. He took full responsibility and ensured that all our snugs were taken care of. There have been times where he has sent us text messages to check up on us just to make sure that everything is ok.Luke's site team have also been very helpful and passionate about their work.Both people are just a breeze of fresh air, I would highly recommend Rowland homes Euxton, Chorley

Shocking customer care!

Shocking customer care!! We bought our house over 2 years ago now. We had problems from the moment we moved in from kinks in our flooring, no floors sealed, scratched tiles and a bottle of urine found in our loft! Yuck!!!’ After dealing with these issues amicably we have had no other problems until a couple of months ago! We found a leak in our bathroom which has turned our carpet yellow and cracked and stained our expensive tiles!!! After getting in touch with Rowland we were told that our warranty was up and we had to get our own plumber which we did! Their findings were that the bath trap wasn’t even finger tight and would have been leaking water since we moved in!! After arguing this with Rowland they sent their plumbers out too which agreed with our plumber. Now Rowland haven’t shared that report with us and are saying the bath is fitted properly and they can’t take liability!! How is the bath fitted properly when it’s leaking a cup of water every time it’s being used???????? I think it’s the least they can do considering the issues we’ve had previous! Don’t buy from them, their workmanship is shocking and you will just get ignored when you raise anything!!!!

Making our dream home a reality

We have just moved onto Richmond Point and what a fantastic journey it has been. Having previously lived in a new build we were a little sceptical as our previous experience was not great but Rowland Homes have got it right. The team of Emma, Mark and Lucy worked hard with us whilst on the journey to exchange and then onto completion. The home introduction prior to moving with Pete the site manager was so welcoming and informative, nothing has been too much trouble. The flowers and card waiting for us when we moved in really made it special. We are equally impressed with the quality of build and the focus to make everything as right as it possibly can be.
