Belvoir have been managing my rental property for the past 5-years. During this time they have always operated in a professional manner with both me, the landlord, and the tenants. Throughout the course of this time I have faced very few issues with my tenants, and for the ones which are a little more needy than others, they contain and manage each situation independently removing any unnecessary stress from the landlord. I am in the process of adding more properties to the portfolio and there is only one letting agent in Warrington I would use, Belvoir ! Keep up the great job Gary, Janette & Team!

No space on Google for 0.5 stars, my rating would be 3.5 based on nearly 4 yrs experience of multiple properties. Another poster said it well - the sector isn't awash with top notch providers in Warrington. Are Belvoir perfect? No. Do you have to spend above and beyond time & effort as a landlord to get what you are paying for? Yes. But businesses rely on people and in Janette, Belvoir have a diamond. She has taken on & resolved our issues (TBH some of them Belvoir created) with diligence & professionalism and has our thanks & personal recommendation.

We are currently in dispute

We are currently in dispute over their neglect of my property despite paying for a full management service. They put in a totally unsuitable tenant with a guarantor of no financial substance and I'm now left with an estimate of £11k to put the property right. Belvoir say 'they didn't live in the property' and therefore not liable for the ongoing neglect. It has been a shocking experience as a landlord and certainly not a turnaround experience into being one due to their total mismanagement. I note they use the Belvoir awards to their advantage but the Belvoir central office claim Warrington are an independent office and are nothing to do with them.
