Craig has been excellent throughout the whole sales process. We were relocating home and business so our circumstance was more complex and demanding than most. We had had our property up for sale with a different agent who claimed to have found a buyer but that fell through wasting weeks of our time. Craig achieved a sale within 2 weeks with no expectation of a contract, reasonable fees, and remained in touch throughout the process, chivvying and chasing buyers and solicitors as was needed. We particularly like the dedicated WhatsApp group Belvoir Warrington use for ease of communication. In summary, we thoroughly recommend.

As a property investor who has properties let through various agents, I can honestly say that Belvoir Warrington is the best. They respond quickly to emails/calls, give advice on property market conditions and their T&Cs and invoicing is clear. When I compare them to other agents, it really is no contest in my experience (especially with the invoicing). Where possible I have tried to use other Belvoir's to let my properties in other locations, due to my positive experiences with the Warrington branch.

I am renting through the Belvoir Letting Agents Warrington branch. As a tenant, I look for quick response in communication, clear instructions with no ambiguity in the documentation and what is/what is not included in the tenancy, and a reasonable common sense applied in resolving any issues and work for both parties (i.e. the landlord and the tenant). Every person I spoke with in the Belvoir Warrington branch is professional and has been helpful. Yes, sometimes there are delays for some tasks but this is natural because they are dependent upon permission from the landlord and the availability of resources to conduct any task on the property. Belvoir have been great in helping us to rent out our first property from initial set up and in supporting with finding a workman to tidy up the garden making sure we got the best rental price. Dealing with Gary and the team at Belvoir has been an absolute dream. Our existing tenant moved out just before we went into lock-down and we were worried that the property would remain empty for a long period of time. How wrong we were! The team at Belvoir found a new tenant, qualified references, completed all the paperwork, sorted out a few maintenance jobs that needed doing and had the new tenant moved in, all within 4 weeks of the old tenant leaving. Wow! I cannot recommend Belvoir Warrington enough! At every single step of the process they have been with us and personal as well as professional. The initial meeting was swiftly put into the diary and Gary came out to conduct the meeting. Straight away you know you are in good hands with how professional and warm Gary is- easy to talk to, honest and obviously well prepared. We signed up with them straight away and their prices are extremely competitive. We went for the professional package which again was booked in quickly- and the photographer did a thorough job whilst making us feel at ease. The photographs showed our house beautifully and looked extremely professional. The house was listed on the Thursday and we had viewings booked in for the next few weeks the next day. The team deals with all the viewings and so you feel completely at ease- especially with them following high hygiene standards. We had offers by the Friday and had agreed to one by the Monday- a massively quick turn around! We had every faith in Gary and his team to do all the checks necessary and he offered great advice on why we should accept certain offers. Even after the agreed offer Gary and his team were still amazing- they kept on top of communicating with us and our buyer. They also kept communicating with our solicitors asking for update reports. First time for me moving into a rented place, so I wasn’t sure what to do but the team at belvior was very helpful, from the document signing to the house viewing. Collecting the keys was straight forward and we have settled in nicely. However it has been a full month and a week we have gone without a working hob, when we turn the hob on it will trip the lights on the top floor. we notified Belvoir a few days after we moved in and we have just been left in the dark, I have a two year old living with us so some teas are impossible to make
