Having never privately rented before we had no idea where to start , Janette and Alison supported myself and my brother throughout the whole process answering every question we had . From the very 1st phone call with Janette the service was 5* , both Janette and Alison kept me sane throughout and put my worries at ease . Very happy

I dealt with Amy from day one and although we had some hiccups due to a tenant changing their mind on the property we wanted she dealt with it professionally and sensitively. Needless to say it all worked out in our favour and we love our new home. Amy responded quickly to all enquiries and was always happy to answer my ‘silly questions’. We felt no detriment to the service due to lockdown as Amy was always at hand to assist. Thank you Amy, you’re a star!

We recently changed letting

We recently changed letting agents and it's been the best decision we made. We didn't realise how much we wasn't in the loop with some of the current legislation and after the team gave our property a thorough check over and we made the necessary changes to comply we can now rest assured that our property is safe to be let. The transition from changing letting agents was easy and the team are great at keeping you updated along the process. Janette has been particularly helpful and has always been really friendly and nothing has ever been too much trouble.

Now I could tell you how good I think they are but from my recent experience I will tell you how good I know they are! These guys whipped me in to shape in terms of getting the property where it needed to be for a new tenant and the communication lines where always clear. Thorough, great attention to detail, quick to react and a pleasure to deal with are just some of the words I can use to describe my experience with Belvoir Warrington. The team at Belvoir took over managing our property for our landlord after the previous agency went under. The difference in service from the old agency to Belvoir was night and day. This is the first time I have

We were very impressed with the recent tenancy change at our property and the efficient, professional way in which it was managed to ensure everything ran smoothly.The Inventory was very detailed and our property was left in the same good condition it was in at the beginning of the previous tenant. We feel we are kept in the loop with regards to any problems that may occur and these are handled in an excellent way, very quickly and this ensures the Tenant is always happy. The staff are lovely, very friendly and approachable and we always receive an email or phone call to keep us informed. I have several properties in the Warrington area which Belvoir have managed for me for about 5 years. The service they provide has always been excellent whether dealing with day to day issues at the properties, sending monthly rental statements out on time or sourcing and moving new tenants into my houses when tenancy agreements have come to an end. I am currently a tenant of one of Belvoir Warrington's landlords and I can honestly state that the service I have received from the team has been incredibly professional and to an incredibly high standard. From first enquiry to moving in and everything in between (not to mention the reasonable application fees!!), you've got to give these guys a look in. My experience of letting agents to date has been such that I had not been prepared for the politeness, empathy and feeling of having my corner looked after (as well as the landlord's of course!!). It's been a pleasure making contact with the team, receiving emails, texts or letters etc. I wish I'd built my (very small) portfolio of buy-to-let properties on this side of the Pennines so I could use their services. All I can say is if you're looking for somewhere to rent in Warrington or the surrounding areas, do yourself a favour and pop in to see the guys at Belvoir Warrington: you won't regret it - and you might even come back to this site to place a review. Bet you can't won't beat my rating!!

This is the first time my flat in Warrington has been let and the whole process has been very straightforward. Gary and his team marketed the property and gave good advice about a potentially unsuitable tenant. I have not had to worry about anything and the utilities etc all sorted immediately. I had another let property in a different area and the agent there needed several phone calls before the simplest of things was done... not with Belvoir! Also, mail forwarded or scanned to me straight away. I have the feeling that the team is efficient and proactive in managing the let. I hope this continues, so keep up the good work. Over a year later...and I am now on the second tenant. I have honestly never had to worry about anything. A few minor maintenance issues have been sorted out easily and I can basically let the Belvoir team do all the worrying for me! keep up the good work.

From the hassle free viewing which was on time , with local knowledge inputted from Alison , to immediate action when i decided to rent a viewed property. The team did everything they could to ensure everything went well. even me coming in 2 days after all dates had been set and saying can i move earlier !!!!!!!! NO HASSLE!!!!!. New dates set, help with setting up direct debits, meter readings nothing to much trouble. all you want is the keys in your hand and to move in , this TEAM does it with ease.
