They were compassionate and always kept me informed, they helped me at my lowest point in my life just after my mum passed away, I tried different letting agency’s to get a property but none of them would except me because I’m disabled, but belvoir didn’t, it’s made me feel wanted again. Hi, I strongly advise against using the services of this agency. Initially, they come across as friendly and eager to assist in order to attract you as a customer. However, as the tenancy comes to an end, their behavior is disappointing. I was a tenant for 5 years and I have never been late with payments. I have always been a respectful tenant, never causing any disturbances to my neighbors. Despite my good conduct and no investments made by the agency during my tenancy, they are attempting to withhold more than half of my deposit. I am extremely disappointed. I see they are good liars as well,the apartment was not dirty I have photos that prove the fact that was not.

Great service from John Mackie at Belvoir, Warrington. Selling our house remotely from the other side of the country was surprisingly straightforward. Belvoir understood the issues and I felt confident leaving keys at their office to facilitate viewings, surveys etc. Very pleased with the interactive walkthrough, photos and floor plan. Good communications throughout. Always available via telephone, email, text and WhatsApp. Unanswered telephone calls were returned promptly. John made a valiant effort to speed-up the painfully slow process of conveyancing by nudging the solicitor(s) on a regular basis. I would certainly recommend.

Well belvoir letting agent is absolutely amazing. From me applying for a viewing for my property to being accepted and all the other stuff along the way the team at belvoir were absolutely amazing. The team was very helpful, friendly and absolutely nothing at all was a problem for them they dealt with everything straight away and didnt have to wait for anything. Out of all the letting agents i have been with belvoir have 100% been the best by far. I would 100% recommend belvoir if your wanting to rent anywhere. The team are outstanding at there jobs and you wont get a friendly environment like these from any other letting agents.
